I had such a beautiful experience with Bintu. She was incredibly intricate and intentional with my hair from start to finish. I gave her three sample pictures and explained that I wear a hard hat for work but still wanted a style versatile enough to put up comfortably — and she customized everything perfectly to fit me. The length, sizing, parts, and intricate design all felt personalized instead of copy-and-paste.

The atmosphere was also really comforting. The conversation flowed naturally, but it was also one of those spaces where you could comfortably dissociate, relax, and just enjoy being cared for. They even offered me some of their lunch, which was such a genuine touch. We connected on so many levels and from different walks of life.
